Nouscom
Nouscom is developing Nous-209, an off-the-shelf viral-vector vaccine encoding 209 shared frameshift neoantigens to intercept cancer in Lynch syndrome carriers.
Phase 1b/2 in Lynch carriers (Nature Medicine, March 2026) showed safety and immune responses in most participants; re-treatment and long-term follow-up data selected for an ESMO 2026 oral. Also tested with pembrolizumab in MSI-high tumours.
