OSE Immunotherapeutics develops immune treatments for cancer and inflammatory disease. Its lead cancer product is an off-the-shelf vaccine for lung cancer patients whose immunotherapy has stopped working, now in a late-stage trial.
Overview
OSE Immunotherapeutics SA (Euronext Paris: OSE), based in Nantes, is a clinical-stage company with platforms in immuno-oncology and immuno-inflammation. Tedopi (OSE2101) is an off-the-shelf neo-epitope T cell vaccine for HLA-A2 positive patients, in the phase 3 ARTEMIA trial in non-small cell lung cancer after checkpoint inhibitor failure; the trial received a second positive Independent Data Monitoring Committee recommendation in February 2026, and Tedopi showed positive phase 2 results in recurrent ovarian cancer (TEDOVA, ASCO 2026). OSE-279 is an anti-PD-1 antibody, with partnered programmes ABBV-230 (AbbVie) and BI 770371 (Boehringer Ingelheim). Outside oncology, lusvertikimab (anti-IL-7R) targets inflammatory bowel disease and pegrizeprument is partnered with Veloxis in transplantation. In May 2026 OSE signed a flexible bridge equity financing with IRIS Capital for up to about EUR 19.3 million, extending cash runway to December 2026.
