Outcomes4Me is a free app that turns official cancer treatment guidelines into plain language options for each patient, and also tracks symptoms, explains genetic tests and finds clinical trials.
Overview
Outcomes4Me is a direct to patient cancer navigation platform. Its app maps a patient's diagnosis and biomarkers against NCCN Guidelines to show guideline concordant treatment options, and adds symptom and medication tracking, clinical trial matching, genetic testing education and moderated communities across more than a dozen cancer types including breast, prostate, lung, colorectal, bladder, CLL, ovarian and multiple myeloma. It reports more than 400,000 patients supported and seven of the top ten oncology pharmaceutical companies as customers, and in 2025 to 2026 acquired Mika Health, Geno.Me and the AI trial matching company Realyze Intelligence. Founded in 2017 by Maya Said and based in Boston, Outcomes4Me raised USD 4.7 million in 2020, a USD 12 million Series A led by Northpond Ventures in 2021 and USD 21 million led by Salica Investments in May 2025, for USD 38 million in total.
