Overview
Pfizer Ventures is Pfizer's strategic corporate venture capital arm, investing globally in biopharmaceutical companies across five core areas: oncology, inflammation and immunology, cardiovascular, metabolic and obesity, and vaccines, plus platform technology companies. Its page says it invests from seed through IPO with typical initial investments of $5 to 20 million, emphasises early-stage opportunities and follows on in later rounds, and sits within Pfizer's Worldwide Business Development group.
