Quibim is a Spanish company that makes software to read MRI scans more consistently. Its best-known tool outlines the prostate and points out areas that may be a significant cancer, and it has a newer tool for finding breast cancer on MRI in Europe and the UK.

Overview
Quibim (QUantitative Imaging Biomarkers In Medicine) builds AI tools that extract measurements from MRI, CT and PET, together with a cloud platform, QP-Insights, for managing imaging and multi-omics data in research. It is headquartered in Valencia, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Cambridge (UK) and New York; Ángel Alberich-Bayarri is chief executive and co-founder. Its products include QP-Prostate, which segments the prostate on MRI and highlights areas suspicious for clinically significant cancer in a PI-RADS-compliant read; QP-Brain; QP-Liver; and QP-Breast, launched with CE and UKCA marking in July 2026 for detecting breast cancer on MRI. FDA 510(k) clearances on record are K203582 for QUIBIM Precision Prostate (4 February 2021), K232231 for QP-Brain (13 December 2023) and K242683 for QP-Prostate CAD (18 March 2025), and QP-Prostate received a Health Canada licence in June 2026. In January 2025 it closed a USD 50 million Series A led by Asabys and Buenavista Equity Partners, with existing investors including Amadeus Capital Partners, APEX Ventures, Partech and Adara Ventures. OnCo lists QP-Prostate under software.
