A young US company, started by RA Capital's venture arm, designing immune drugs that only switch on where they find the disease. It says it is working on cancer and autoimmune disease, and has not named any programme yet.
Synolo Therapeutics describes itself as advancing 'logic gated immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune disease' and a new class of conditionally-active immunotherapies from a proprietary discovery platform. It says it was launched by RA Ventures, the venture division of RA Capital Management. RA Capital describes its approach as antibody-based modular designs with conditional, disease-specific selectivity, and its portfolio page records it as a NewCo first invested in in 2023. No product, target or trial is named on the company's site.
