TriArm Therapeutics develops CAR-T cell therapy made with a faster, virus-free manufacturing process. Its first product, ARM011, targets CD19 and is in an early trial in adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia that has come back or not responded.
TriArm Therapeutics (Taiwan) Limited is based in Xizhi District, New Taipei City, and focuses on cell therapy and new drug development. Its FIT (fast-in-time) platform uses non-viral gene transfer, referencing a Sleeping Beauty transposon system, to make CAR-T cells in about two days. ARM011 is an autologous CD19 CAR-T product made on the FIT platform; the phase 1 trial NCT07066397 in relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide conditioning, lists a site in Taipei, and in August 2025 the company said phase 1 trials had started in Taiwan and the United States. It said it was planning pre-IPO financing and a listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange innovation board in 2026. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07066397, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in July 2025.
