Linperlisib
Linperlisib is Shanghai Yingli's PI3K-delta inhibitor, approved in China in 2022 for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma after two or more lines.
Overview
Linperlisib (YY-20394) was developed by Shanghai Yingli Pharmaceutical. The NMPA gave it conditional approval in November 2022 for adults with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma after at least two prior systemic therapies, on a single-arm phase 2 trial with an overall response rate near 80 percent. It is the first PI3K inhibitor developed in China to reach approval.
Blocks the delta form of PI3K, a signalling enzyme B-cell lymphomas depend on for survival.
