M3T01 is an antibody from Gamma Biotherapeutics that blocks Fas ligand to protect cancer-fighting T cells, in a phase 1 trial in advanced solid tumours.
M3T01 is the lead programme of Gamma Biotherapeutics, a monoclonal antibody against Fas ligand. It is being tested as monotherapy and with pembrolizumab and other systemic therapies in a phase 1 trial in advanced solid tumours, NCT06719362, sponsored by Providence Health & Services and recruiting since June 2025. The National Cancer Institute funds its clinical development through an SBIR award (1R44CA310416-01).
Neutralises Fas ligand (FasL), which tumours produce and which drives apoptosis of activated T cells, so that T cells survive to enter and attack the tumour.
