MAQ-001 is an experimental monoclonal antibody from MabQuest, in phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumours.
MAQ-001 is a monoclonal antibody (allosteric anti-PD-1) from MabQuest. An anti-PD-1 antibody that binds PD-1 at an allosteric site; it stops PD-1 from suppressing the CD28 co-receptor, independent of PD-L1 binding, and is meant to be combined with conventional anti-PD-1 and other checkpoint drugs. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1a/1b NCT06514651 recruiting in France, alone and with ipilimumab. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
