Agilent's MMR IHC Panel pharmDx (Dako Omnis) was approved on 15 August 2025 (PMA P250004) as the companion diagnostic for nivolumab, alone or with ipilimumab, in colorectal cancer with deficient mismatch repair. Roche's VENTANA MMR RxDx Panel stains the same four proteins and carries other drug claims.
Immunohistochemistry for the four mismatch repair proteins MLH1, PMS2, MSH2 and MSH6 on the Dako Omnis platform; loss of any one marks the tumour as mismatch repair deficient (dMMR). Connects to Mismatch repair proteins (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2).
