Akershus University Hospital

Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) is a Norwegian public university hospital in Lørenskog, north-east of Oslo, serving a large part of the Greater Oslo region and acting as a teaching hospital for the University of Oslo; the present hospital traces its history to 1961. It provides cancer diagnosis and treatment for its catchment and is listed by the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes as a full member.
