It later opened treatment centres in Hammond (1988), Covington (1998), Houma (2008), Gonzales (2009) and Natchez, Mississippi (2019). In 2018 it opened a breast and gynaecologic cancer pavilion, now the Woman's Cancer Pavilion, with Our Lady of the Lake and Woman's Hospital. It says every patient is evaluated for a clinical trial, and that it has collaborated with LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans and LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport on a National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant, the Gulf South Minority/Underserved NCORP. Its latest filing with the IRS reports revenue of about $318.0 million (tax year ending 2025-06).
