The centre, on Samory Mashela Street in Moscow, is the Russian federal hospital for childhood leukaemia, solid tumours, bone marrow failure and primary immunodeficiency. Its own site describes consultation, day-case and inpatient services, a bone marrow donor programme, reference centres for partner hospitals, residency and doctoral training, and the journal Voprosy gematologii/onkologii i immunopatologii v pediatrii (Вопросы гематологии/онкологии и иммунопатологии в педиатрии). It appears on ClinicalTrials.gov as the Federal Research Institute of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology, and is among the most frequent Russian academic sponsors of registered cancer trials both before and after 2022.
