Overview
Cancer Genomics & Proteomics is published bimonthly by the International Institute of Anticancer Research (IIAR) in Kapandriti, Attiki, Greece, the publisher of Anticancer Research and In Vivo. It began in 2004; NLM notes that print issues ceased with volume 9 in 2012 and the journal is now online only. It publishes research articles and reviews on cancer genomics, proteomics, molecular markers and immunotherapy targets across tumour types, with recent issues covering glioma, cervical, lung and colon cancers and Ewing sarcoma. Articles in current issues are labelled open access on the journal site, although the journal is not listed in DOAJ. Indexed in MEDLINE and deposited in PubMed Central.
