European journal of surgical oncology
EJSO is the journal of the European Society of Surgical Oncology and of BASO. It publishes clinical and translational research on cancer surgery and is read by surgical oncologists across Europe and beyond.
Overview
European Journal of Surgical Oncology (EJSO) is the official journal of the European Society of Surgical Oncology and BASO, the Association for Cancer Surgery, published monthly by Elsevier. Elsevier describes its aim as advancing surgical oncology research and practice through original research articles, review articles, editorials, debates and correspondence, welcoming clinical research and all other aspects of surgical oncology including surgical quality control, epidemiology, prevention and translational research relevant to surgical practice. The NLM Catalog records that it began in 1985 with Academic Press as the continuation of Clinical Oncology, has been published by Elsevier since 2004 and is indexed in MEDLINE.
