Overview
Indian Journal of Cancer is published by Wolters Kluwer Medknow in four issues a year, with Dr Vinay H Deshmane as Editor-in-Chief. Recent issues on the publisher page include rare tumour case series from regional cancer institutes, commentary on head and neck cancer care in India and a white paper on a district cancer control model for rural India. The NLM Catalog records that it began in 1963 in Bombay, published by the Indian Cancer Society, later moving to Medknow Publications in Mumbai; it was six issues a year until 1984, quarterly since 1985, and is indexed in MEDLINE. The publisher page does not state an access model.
