Overview
Tumour Biology is the journal of the International Society for Oncodevelopmental Biology and Medicine (its NLM title), the society DOAJ now lists as the International Society of Oncology and Biomarkers (ISOBM). It began in 1984 with Saikon Publishing in Tokyo, has been titled Tumor Biology on its issues since 1987, and has been published by SAGE since 2025 (NLM Catalog; Crossref and DOAJ also list SAGE). NLM lists it as bimonthly and indexes it for MEDLINE under Carcinoembryonic Antigen, alpha-Fetoproteins, Medical Oncology and Neoplasms/immunology. DOAJ records it as open access since 2017 under a CC BY-NC licence with an article processing charge and anonymous peer review.
