GARNET: dostarlimab in mismatch repair-deficient recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer
The PD-1 antibody dostarlimab shrank tumours in about four in ten women with mismatch repair-deficient endometrial cancer that had progressed after platinum chemotherapy, with most responses still ongoing after a year.

Interim analysis of the phase 1 GARNET trial's cohort of 104 patients with mismatch repair-deficient recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer treated with dostarlimab after platinum-based therapy.
Objective response was 42.3 percent with complete response in 12.7 percent, and 93 percent of responses were ongoing at data cut-off; immune-related toxicity was manageable.
