First-line cohort of the phase 2 multicohort study: 36 patients with untreated BRAF V600E-mutant metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer received dabrafenib plus trametinib.
Objective response was 64 percent with a median progression-free survival of 10.9 months and median overall survival of 24.6 months at the initial report; updated analyses showed durable benefit.
