The Lancet Oncology appears monthly plus online-first and publishes a large share of randomised oncology trials that do not go to NEJM, with particular strength in radiotherapy, surgery, supportive care and health-system studies (IBIS-I tamoxifen prevention, MASAI AI mammography, GAP70 geriatric assessment in this corpus).
