Overview
Ian Krop (Yale Cancer Center) led the early development of trastuzumab emtansine including its phase 1 and TH3RESA trials, and was a lead investigator of the DESTINY-Breast programme that made trastuzumab deruxtecan standard second-line therapy for HER2-positive disease. He chairs the Translational Breast Cancer Research Consortium and leads early-phase ADC trials.
