Overview
Marcia Brose was principal investigator of DECISION, the phase 3 trial that showed sorafenib doubles progression-free survival in radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer and became the first targeted therapy approved for the disease in 40 years. She has led cabozantinib (COSMIC-311) and RET-inhibitor trials in thyroid cancer and chairs medical oncology at Jefferson.
