Overview
Constantine Tam (Alfred Health, Melbourne) was principal investigator of SEQUOIA, which established zanubrutinib over bendamustine-rituximab in untreated CLL, and led the AIM study, the first trial to combine ibrutinib and venetoclax in mantle cell lymphoma, which produced unexpectedly high complete remission rates. He led the first-in-human zanubrutinib trial and leads lymphoma at Alfred Health.
