Overview
Jennifer Woyach was principal investigator of Alliance A041202, the trial showing ibrutinib with or without rituximab beats bendamustine-rituximab in older patients with untreated CLL and ending chemoimmunotherapy for this group, and first author of the study identifying BTK C481S and PLCG2 mutations as the mechanisms of ibrutinib resistance. She chairs the Alliance CLL committee and leads trials of fixed-duration combinations.
