Swiss dermato-oncologist who led COLUMBUS and the neoadjuvant talimogene laherparepvec studies.
Overview
Reinhard Dummer was principal investigator of COLUMBUS, which established encorafenib plus binimetinib in BRAF-mutant melanoma, and led the first randomised neoadjuvant trial of the oncolytic virus talimogene laherparepvec. He has led ESMO melanoma guidelines and trials in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and Merkel cell carcinoma, and heads the skin cancer centre at University Hospital Zurich.
