Overview
Caroline Robert was principal investigator of KEYNOTE-006, which showed pembrolizumab beats ipilimumab in advanced melanoma and established PD-1 monotherapy, of CheckMate 066 (nivolumab versus chemotherapy) and of COMBI-v (dabrafenib plus trametinib versus vemurafenib). She has led long-term follow-up analyses defining durable remission after stopping immunotherapy and heads dermato-oncology at Gustave Roussy.
