Marseille dermatologist who led KEYNOTE-629, which established pembrolizumab for advanced cutaneous squamous-cell carcinoma, and who has been a senior investigator on many European melanoma trials.
Overview
Jean-Jacques Grob is professor of dermatology at Aix-Marseille University and a leader of the French and European melanoma trial groups. He was first author of the 2020 Journal of Clinical Oncology report of KEYNOTE-629, in which pembrolizumab produced durable responses in recurrent or metastatic cutaneous squamous-cell carcinoma, and a lead investigator on the COMBI-d, KEYNOTE-054 and CheckMate 238 melanoma trials.
