Overview
Michael Postow led CheckMate 069, the randomised phase 2 trial that first showed nivolumab plus ipilimumab dramatically improves response rates over ipilimumab alone in melanoma and set up CheckMate 067. He wrote the widely cited NEJM review of immune-related adverse events and leads trials of adaptive dosing and treatment discontinuation. He chairs the melanoma service at MSKCC.
