Overview
Sunil Lakhani has chaired the Board of Breast Cancer Trials, the Australia and New Zealand cooperative trials group, since September 2021. He is a professor of pathology at the University of Queensland and Senior Staff Specialist at Pathology Queensland. His research addresses the molecular pathology and classification of breast cancer, and he has contributed to the WHO classification of breast tumours.
