Overview
Amar Gajjar led SJMB96 and SJMB03, the St. Jude medulloblastoma trials that established risk-adapted craniospinal radiotherapy with dose-intensive chemotherapy and showed how WNT, SHH and group 3/4 subgroups predict outcome, and SJMB12, the first trial to assign treatment by molecular subgroup. He co-chairs the Children's Oncology Group CNS committee and directs neuro-oncology at St. Jude.
