Overview
Florence Duffaud is a medical oncologist at Hôpital de la Timone in Marseille and a leader of the French Sarcoma Group. She was first author of the 2019 Lancet Oncology report of the osteosarcoma cohort of REGOBONE, the randomised phase 2 trial in which regorafenib improved progression-free survival compared with placebo in metastatic osteosarcoma after chemotherapy; other cohorts studied Ewing sarcoma, chondrosarcoma and chordoma.
