Overview
Shankar Siva led the FASTRACK trials and the International Radiosurgery Oncology Consortium for Kidney pooled analyses showing stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy achieves near-complete local control of primary renal cell carcinoma in patients unfit for surgery, and leads TROG trials of SABR in oligometastatic prostate and lung cancer and of radiotherapy-immunotherapy combinations. He chairs the TROG genitourinary group.
