Overview
David Palma (London, Ontario) was principal investigator of SABR-COMET, the randomised phase 2 trial showing stereotactic ablative radiotherapy to all sites of oligometastatic disease improves overall survival, which launched the oligometastatic treatment paradigm and the SABR-COMET-3 and -10 phase 3 trials. He also studies treatment de-escalation in head and neck cancer and hosts a widely used teaching channel.
