Overview
Jeffrey Dome (Children's National Hospital) chaired the Children's Oncology Group renal tumour committee and led the AREN trials that incorporated loss of heterozygosity at 1p and 16q and lung nodule response into risk-adapted Wilms tumour therapy, allowing many children to avoid lung radiotherapy or doxorubicin. His laboratory studies telomerase and relapse biology in Wilms tumour.
