Overview
Stefan Bielack (Stuttgart) chairs the Cooperative Osteosarcoma Study Group and was a lead investigator of EURAMOS-1, the 2,260-patient international trial showing that neither adding ifosfamide-etoposide for poor responders nor interferon for good responders improves outcomes over MAP chemotherapy, fixing MAP as the global standard. His COSS registry analyses define prognostic factors in osteosarcoma.
