Overview
Darren Hargrave is a paediatric neuro-oncologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital and a leader of European paediatric drug-development consortia. He was first author of the 2023 Journal of Clinical Oncology report of the phase 2 trial in which dabrafenib plus trametinib produced responses in relapsed or refractory BRAF V600-mutant paediatric high-grade glioma, and a senior investigator on the trial that established the same combination for paediatric low-grade glioma.
