Overview
Daniel Von Hoff (TGen and HonorHealth, Phoenix) was principal investigator of MPACT, which established gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel as a first-line standard in metastatic pancreatic cancer, and has led the early clinical development of many approved drugs including gemcitabine, irinotecan and vismodegib. He founded one of the largest phase 1 programmes in the United States and was a founding editor of Molecular Cancer Therapeutics.
