Overview
Eric Klein led the Circulating Cell-free Genome Atlas (CCGA) study that developed and clinically validated the Galleri cell-free DNA methylation test for detecting more than 50 cancer types and predicting tissue of origin, the basis for the PATHFINDER and NHS-Galleri trials. As a urologist he led the SELECT prevention trial and the development of the Oncotype DX prostate score.
