Overview
Jennifer Chan directs the neuroendocrine and carcinoid tumour programme at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She was the study chair and first author of the 2024 New England Journal of Medicine report of the Alliance CABINET trial, in which cabozantinib improved progression-free survival compared with placebo in previously treated advanced pancreatic and extra-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, supporting its approval in both groups.
