Overview
Komal Jhaveri led EMBER-3, which showed the oral SERD imlunestrant plus abemaciclib improves progression-free survival in ER-positive advanced breast cancer after aromatase inhibitors, and was a lead investigator on INAVO120 (inavolisib for PIK3CA-mutant disease). She heads endocrine therapy research at MSKCC and runs early-phase trials of degraders and PI3K pathway agents.
