Laura Brady is Chief Executive of Worldwide Cancer Research, a charity that has invested over 220 million pounds in early-stage discovery research across more than 30 countries. She was appointed in 2026, succeeding Dr Helen Rippon after Rippon's decade as Chief Executive, having previously been the charity's Director of Marketing and Fundraising and led its strategic rebrand. She has set out an aim to accelerate high-potential research into treatments by growing the charity's community of more than 90,000 supporters and its partnerships.
