Overview
Nobuyuki Yamamoto is Chairman of the West Japan Oncology Group (WJOG), a cooperative clinical trials group established in 2000 to run lung cancer studies and since expanded to gastrointestinal, breast and basket trials. He is a professor of respiratory medicine and medical oncology at Wakayama Medical University with an extensive record in lung cancer clinical trials.
