Overview
Scott Antonia was principal investigator of PACIFIC, the trial showing consolidation durvalumab after chemoradiotherapy improves progression-free and overall survival in unresectable stage III NSCLC, the first curative-intent immunotherapy result in lung cancer. He also led early nivolumab work in small-cell lung cancer (CheckMate 032). He now directs immunotherapy and cell therapy programmes at Duke.
