Overview
Martin Reck (LungenClinic Grosshansdorf, Germany) was principal investigator of KEYNOTE-024, which showed pembrolizumab beats platinum chemotherapy in NSCLC with PD-L1 of 50% or more, the first time a checkpoint inhibitor replaced chemotherapy first line. He has led IMpower150 and numerous SCLC immunotherapy trials and has chaired ESMO's lung cancer guideline group.
