Senda Tounsi is Directeur Général of the Institut Salah Azaïez (ISA), Tunisia's national cancer institute in Tunis, named after the physician Salah Azaïez (1911 to 1953). The institute's administration page lists her as Directeur général de l'I.S.A on a board of administration chaired by Said Gharbi, with Karima Mrad presiding over the medical committee. The institute is organised into two directorates, six sub-directorates and twelve clinical services, with 208 beds and about 740 staff including 85 physicians.
