Xia Jiahong

Xia Jiahong (夏家红) is President (院长) of Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, in Wuhan, and Dean of the university's First Clinical College. The hospital's English governance page lists him as President and as a Vice Chair of the Hospital Committee under Party Secretary Zhang Yu, with vice presidents Huang Kai, Ji Xiangnian, Jin Yang and Zhang Jinxiang. The Chinese organisation page states that he presides over the hospital's overall administration and is responsible for research and audit, overseeing the President's Office and the audit office. Union Hospital operates several campuses including the Chegu, Jinyinhu and orthopaedic sites.
