CHOP
Checked 2026-09-09
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas first line (often with etoposide as CHOEP, or brentuximab replacing vincristine for CD30-positive disease); the historical backbone of R-CHOP in B-cell lymphoma
One cycle

| Drug | Dose | Route | Days | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Cyclophosphamide Alkylating agent (oxazaphosphorine prodrug) | 750 mg/m² | IV | D1 | |
Doxorubicin Cytotoxic chemotherapy (anthracycline) | 50 mg/m² | IV | D1 | |
Vincristine Vinca alkaloid (microtubule inhibitor) | 1.4 mg/m² (maximum 2 mg) | IV | D1 | |

Notes
- In B-cell lymphoma rituximab is added (R-CHOP); CHOP alone remains the comparator in T-cell lymphoma trials.
- Check LVEF before doxorubicin; G-CSF for patients over 65 or with comorbidity.
