Approximately 10% of EGFR-mutant NSCLC. Amivantamab + chemotherapy (PAPILLON) is first-line standard; sunvozertinib (approved 2025) is the oral option after mobocertinib's withdrawal. Structurally the insertion blocks first- to third-generation TKIs.
