Sunvozertinib
An oral drug for EGFR exon 20 insertion lung cancer that succeeded where mobocertinib failed; approved in China (2023) and the US (2025).
WU-KONG1B: ~45-50% response after platinum, including intracranial activity. China approval 2023; FDA accelerated approval July 2025. WU-KONG28 phase 3 versus platinum-pemetrexed first line reported positive PFS. Developed by Dizal.
